Permit review is the one clock we don’t control — it runs city by city. Everything after it is ours.
Design & 3D
We measure the yard, place the pool, and show you the 3D before anything is signed.
Permit & drawings
Engineered plans stamped and submitted. We chase the reviewers, not you.
Dig, steel & gunite
Excavation, steel cage, plumbing, then the shell is shot and cured.
Tile & coping
Waterline tile set and the bullnose paver coping laid around the edge.
Deck & equipment
750 sq ft of pavers, equipment pad set, electrical run and bonded.
Plaster & fill
Sky Blue plaster goes on and the hose goes in the same day.
Startup & sod
30 days of chemical management begins. Two pallets of sod close out the yard.

Questions we get on this package.
Is $XX,XXX really the price, or is it a starting-at number?
It’s the price for this package as it’s written on the build sheet, on a standard lot with normal access. The two things that move it are site conditions we can’t see until we measure — soil, access, electrical distance — and any upgrade you choose to add. Both get quoted in writing before you sign.
Can I change the shape or size?
Yes. The Signature is a fixed spec so the price can be fixed, but every element is a starting point. Move to a 14 × 28, add a spa, change the plaster — we’ll reprice it line by line off this sheet so you can see exactly what each change costs.
Why is the sunshelf listed as optional?
Some yards are better served by putting that 7 × 12 into swimming area instead of shelf. If you skip it, that’s a credit, not a filler. Most homeowners keep it — it’s where the kids and the dog end up.
What does the 30 days of chemical management cover?
Fresh plaster cures for about a month and it’s chemically fragile the whole time. Wrong balance in those first weeks and you get permanent staining or a rough finish. We manage the water ourselves through the cure so the finish you paid for is the finish you keep.
Do I need a fence?
Florida requires a safety barrier on residential pools — a fence, approved cover, or door and window alarms on the house. It isn’t in the package price because the right solution depends on your yard, but we’ll walk you through the options and what your city inspector will pass.
How long until I can swim?
Eight to twelve weeks from the day the permit is approved. The permit itself varies city by city, and that’s the number we’ll give you honestly at the backyard visit rather than guessing on the phone.
